Anglo Adhesives is excited to announce a major development! We’ve joined forces with a leading company in the marine industry, expanding our capabilities and reach.
“We are both proud and excited to have acquired Polymarine Ltd with whom we have been in discussions for quite a long period of time. Polymarine is a reputable business supplying a highly-respected brand of Adhesives, Paints, Cleaning Products, Components and Accessory items into the Marine and Inflatable Boat Industry. They are market leaders of these products in the UK, USA, Australia, Europe and the Far East which is a testament to their longstanding loyal customer base.
The business ethos is in many respects similar to our own, and naturally with our adhesive knowledge and manufacturing expertise in Melton Mowbray we have synergy in some of the products it supplies and whist we may be relatively new to the Marine Industry, we like to think we know a fair bit about glue!
The future of the joint business in terms of resources in all areas presents some great opportunities. We strongly believe that all the Polymarine customers will benefit from Anglo’s expertise both commercially and technically which will result in improving formulas and introducing several new products to the market – and we can’t wait to get stuck in but for now it’s business as usual.”
